It has not been cut and there are NO missing plugs. There is No green, splits, earring holes, fading, or discolorations anywhere on this doll. She has a really nice even peachy pink complextion from head to toe. She has a really really thin line on her nose that is very hard to see. Her body has all raised lettering.
