Vintage American Girl and Francie with case and many 1600 outfits and others

  

All but one of the Francie outfits are complete. All of the 1600 outfits are in excellent conditon or better. A couple of the Francie outfits are in good condition with the majority being in excellent condition. The American Girl Barbie is in good condition.

She has nice full blonde hair. She is missing about half of her eyebrows on the outside edges. She also has come rubs to her eyelids. She has a couple of skin marks on her right knee. Her legs are not loose.

She does not have any green on her body and she does not have any earring holes. She does not have any neck splits, bite marks, no missing fingers or toes.

She is on a bendable leg body. She has most of her fingernail polish but most of her toe nail polish is gone. Her body is nice and tight with no swingy arms or legs. She comes wearing her original swimsuit and heels that are in excellent condition. Francie is good to excellent condition.

Her hair is nice and full and does have some of it's original flip on the ends. Her make-up is nice with very little lip rub, if any. Her eyebrows might be a little light and her nose might be a little light too. She does not have any green on her ears and does not have any earring holes. She does not have any green on her body. She does not have any neck splits, bite marks or tears or splits or missing fingers or toes. She comes wearing her original swimsuit that is in good to excellent condition.

The excellent Barbie Outfits included in the lot are as follows with any notable exceptions listed: 1. #1609 - Black magic Ensemble - complete.

Shoes are correct with one marked Japan and one not. #1640 - Matinee Fashion - complete excellent to near mint.

Both closed toed shoes are marked Japan. #1652 - Pretty as a Picture - complete. The diamond set brooch is a little loose and is a little tarnished.

A couple of the petals are bent. One side of the zipper on the dress needs restiched down about a half inch from the top of the dress.

Both shoes are marked Japan. #1656 - Fashion Luncheon - complete.

The bodice has a couple of very tiny dark spots on it from being on a doll. Some of the flowers are just a little bit bent on the hat.

The outfit is still very nice and crisp. It is very hard to find this outfit in this kind of condition since this material frays out so bad.

#1658 - Garden Wedding - complete. Overall, the lace overdress is more of a off-white color rather than white and the sleeves are a little dingy at the wrist area. The back thread closure on the overdress has broken and is stretched out. This needs repaired as the button is still there.

#1672 - Club Meeting - complete. The camera is missing a little bit of gray paint. #1691 - Fashion shiner - complete. The purse pictured is the pak red shiny purse from the Match Mates. I have the red shiny purse that actually goes with this outfit that I can change out for you.

Francie Outfits include the following, with any exceptions noted: 1. #1257 - Dance Party - Complete except for the napkin and one of her hose. One of the records is missing it's label. The sundae is missing is missing the base.

The dress looks like it has been repaired on the lace area of the sleeves. #1272 - Hi Teen - complete.

The back of the skirt has a small dark spot on it where the buckle looks like it has faded through. The outfit is nice and crisp. #1287 - Border Line - complete. The linen jacket looks like it has been repaired under one arm. The top snap on the jacket needs tightened.

The thread closure is missing on the back of the dress. Overall this outfit is in pretty nice condition since it is very hard to find in near mint to mint conditon due to the type of material that it is made out of. And the keys have tarnished. #1209 - Mini Chex - complete and in excellent to near mint condition. The socks are still on their original leg forms.

#1229 - Sugar Sheers - complete and in near mint condition. #1288 - In Print - complete. The floral dress is starting to come unraveled at the seam on both the front and back of the dress. The green dress looks like it might have been repaired in the back.

There are a couple of small spots on the green dress. The case is in fair condition. There are melt marks on of the inside area where the dolls go. It does still have the elastic present to hold the dolls in place. The pictures are part of the description.

The stands and hangers used to display the dolls and clothes is not included in the lot. I will be listing several Barbie and Family lots over the next few weeks so please check out my other auctions.
