Vintage Barbie doll ponytail brunette 1959 withbox

  

This 1959 Barbie is for sale by the original owner. She is in very good condition considering she is 60 years old. Her ponytail is undone but can be easily fixed.

Her skin is slightly tacky which is common at this age. She has not been restored or touched up.

Eyebrows, eyeliner, blue eyes, red lipstick and red fingernail polish all in good condition. Barbie comes with pedestal stand, black and white stripe bathing suit, sunglasses, high heels and original box. One of the shoes in cracked on the front over her toes. This Barbie also has the Mattel logo on her rear end.

One end of the box has damage where original price tag was probably removed. That end is also torn on the right seam. The left seam has a 3/4 tear. There is some spots and discoloration inside the bottom box.
