The first detailed photo of four Barbies are all dated 1958 with Roman numerals. There is a pale skinned blonde. Her joints are tight and movable. Her right eyebrow strike isn't as bold as her left. I don't see any cracks or breaks.

The brunette looks fine all around. The other blonde looks to have a 1/2 left eyebrow. Again no cracks or breaks that I can detect.

The red head pretty much has no eye brows, just a speck of her right one is still there. Lip stick looks one too. Her legs have a waxy orange peel feel to them. Not sure why or what this is or can be done about it. I'm far from an expert. The 2 headless dolls are both Barbies marked 1958 (no Roman numerals here) both have rubbery legs with adjustable knee joints. One knee on each appears to work better than the other. Not sure is it's a defect or how they are. Again no cracks or breaks.

Just need a few heads. They pop right on easy enough. Last are 4 Midge dolls all dated 1962. There are 2 brunettes and ones face is turning blue/green and both of that dolls pinky fingers are broken off. The other brunette is quite nice.

Other than green face, they all have nice joints and no breaks. Last are 2 blonde Midges. All the dolls are dirty as found. I don't clean stuff I sell. I leave that to you pros who know how to do it right or to those that appreciate a nice untouched original.

I'm not wanting to dress them back up. So let's talk about them clothing and accessories now. All of the dresses and coats have the official Barbie sewn in tag. The blue corduroy with felt appliqués of a blue bird flying to a bird house appears to be complete and nice condition, a little dirty and that top snap on the back is literally hanging by a thread actually 2 threads.

The blue and red harlequin cloth dress is just dirty. The beige button down over cost looks like it's new. It was in a bag stored flat, so it's very nice.

It has a red, white, & blue horizontal striped lining inside. The black and yellow one piece tutu is all good except for a tight knot on the behind the neck part.

I just poped her head off to remove the dress. A little project but far from impossible to untie. The silver one piece mini skirt has a bit of runs or pulls to the silver bullion thread that's woven into the top part. Again, I leave things alone.

At last the most exquisite evening coat and dress, reminds me of something Jackie O would wear. Both the coat and zip down dress are in amazing perfect condition and belongs on only perfect Barbies. Just one white glove dad to say. And a brand new looking pair of golden open toe shoes.

If you've been watching any of my other auctions, this person who's vintage toy collection I obtained was very extensive. There were multiples of many things. No doubt he saw something, New what it was and really didn't care about condition or if he already had a few. Well that's likely why we have 8 Barbie #1 bathing suits.

Some cleaner than the other and some are a little stretched, but possibly a wash and dry and you'll have clean and tight again. Winding down we have a pair of original gold loop earrings that I'm sure you can work them back into one of these gals.

A lone black hi heel shoe. A pink one piece bathing suit and 3 pairs of sun glasses.

2 pairs look old and one pair looks newer/cheapie. Two little catalogs dated 1962, both are in nice shape. The white one is like fouble the size. That leave us with the two boxes. Both are identical as they are from 1962 and marked Stock No 850 Brunette Bubble Cut.

One is nicer with just an annoying tape pull. The other has creasing, water stains, cracks looks like a little glue repair to a few areas too. Not even sure what Barbies go to these boxes and if any of these dolls go to them.

I'm packing everything up for the happy new owner as I so would want something sent to me. You can expect over the top satisfaction in that department, check my feedback. Seems everyone likes my methods. I have no more Barbies left after these.

These are amazing toys and you Barbie collectors have a great hobby. I'm more than happy setting these free back into another's collection. That's what I do.
