VINTAGE MISS BARBIE SWING SET W/ORIG BOX & ACCESSORIES N/C & EXC SHAPE. Comes in the original box.

The box was missing the seat and back part, so I made a copy of that from my set and traced the backdrop on some cardboard and then glued the copy to it. I traced the seat as well and made that with some cardboard and orange paper.

However the rest of the box is original. I taped down the 2 flaps in back of the portion where the seat goes in because they wanted to keep moving out of place, but you can untape it. It is underneath that overhang on the box. Looks pretty good for display.

The box top itself has some taped corners and shows some wear/tear. If you need more pics of the box let me know. I was only allowed 16 pictures. The swing is in exc shape, with only 2 pieces broken. A peg on one of the pieces for the canopy on the end broken inside the side part.

This could be taken out of that part and glued back. I know my husband has done that for me before. The cloth pieces are in exc clean condition and still have the string for setting it up. I didn't set the swing up for fear of breaking off the pegs.

The old plastic can get very brittle, so didn't want to chance it. The piece on the very bottom has a broken off and is missing, but still stays in place. The swing looks great, as does the plant and other accessories..

The doll itself has a few issues, one is of course the melts, as shown. Only one leg bends and clicks and there is a slit behind the other, very small and minor. There are a few little pin prick type marks on one foot, also pretty minor. Her neck band dried and I have added some small rubber bands to hold her head there, but a little loose.

This is a common thing with these dolls. I know there are replacement bands, but couldn't tell where you could find them. She has a little rattle inside. Here eyes open and close nicely. She has a dent on a finger, but appears to have most of her polish.

Don't see any stains on her. She is missing some makeup. Her swimsuit & hat are in exc. Plus condition with lots of glitter. Shoes are exc as well and marked Japan. Gold stand is in exc shape and fits nicely into my recreated backdrop.

The wigs were stuck to the holder at one time, so some hair is inside the wigs and there are melt marks on the stand. The wig holder looks warped some and still has the Japan sticker. The instructions are a copy of my original instructions that I have with my set.

All the other accessories are original Barbie. Please be sure to look at all the photos, since they are part of the and enlarge them for more details. My camera may show the photo a little lighter or darker than the actual item, so please be aware of this and ask questions as needed.
