1960 #3 Rare Blonde Ponytail Barbie with Brown Eyeshadow in Original Swimsuit

  
This is what I believe to be a rare #3 Mattel Barbie from 1960. She is a pale colored blonde ponytail doll. She has been gently played with and comes directly to me from the original owner. She is dressed in her original black and white striped swim suit and wears her original gold loop earrings.

Her arms and legs are tight and hold a pose well. Toe and fingernail polish are also original with no touchups.

Her soft hair needs to be restyled but is all present. She has the unusual brown eyeshadow/liner. She is marked appropriately on her butt and is also marked Japan and the #58 on her right foot and a #28 on her left foot. There are no holes in her feet.

There are marks on her body (probably from her clothes and age) that you can see in the photos. I have not cleaned her in any way, I will leave that up to the new owner.
