Barbie Fashion Shop 1962 Mattel

  
Genuine 1962 Barbies Fashion Shop by Mattel is in great condition for its 58 years! 3 Building sections (corner piece has small tear in back side of the roof top). Green cardboard window mannequin head in corner section. Wrap/base with black handle; the slot that the handle fits into to close it is torn. I have not repaired, as I will leave that to the new owner to repair as they wish.

Cafe table with 2 chairs. Retail display case with 3 magazines. Fashion Show Today window sign. All pieces are in great condition. No mold, mildew, odors or water damage.

Expected age-related minor wear to edges of cardboard, minimal dirt/dust, but again, leaving any minor cleaning up to new owners discretion.
