This is a super nice and Hard to Find vintage gift set in this condition. First the box: The box is is in Excellent++ to NM condition with no tears or stains.

There is just some wear around the edges from age. This gift set came out in 1960/61 and was an exclusive to catalog stores only. Inside the box the mint original outfits are attached to the original cardboard with original cello covering the outfits. The outfits and pieces have the original string sewn to the cardboard.

Nothing in this set has been replaced or resewn. It is so hard to find these gift sets in this condition! The doll is a #5 brunette Ponytail with perfect untouched makeup and original hard curl and original bands. Her lips are awesome ruby red and huge. Absolutely no retouches of any kind.

This is the original doll to this set. She has her original WRIST TAG which has been detached but completely minty too. She has absolutely no green ear or neck splits. It would appear no earrings were ever in her ears.

The original pink fashion booklet with shoes and sunglasses is included but the cello is not original. There is a black wire stand also with this set. This set looks like it has been in a museum. You will love this set.
