Extremely Rare and almost impossible to find. What a awesome piece for the Barbie doll collector!! A must have for the collector that has it all!

But has allot of wear. I'm sure it's missing something's but I'm not familiar. Please be the best judge.

The curtain has a rip. Has some wear (see pics) one of the chairs pegs has deformed (but stands) Can glue or replace? But I left in found condition.

Its in two pieces that you set up. It doesn't have a hinge deal to close. I'm not sure if this is the original way it came? It's made of card board so please expect normal wear to the card board. I always try to be very descriptive.
