Vintage 1958 barbie with holes in feet

  
This doll appears to be very old. Her face is white and has a white body. Her arms are little darker.

Her face looks as if it were hand painted? She also has holes in the bottom of her feet.

She also has three small dots or stains under her chin, very small. One bottom of foot looks to have some repair? Has slight green stain on each ear, has new plastic earrings put in. She does have a scrape or imperfection on her calf, see pic. Stand barbie is on is NOT included.
