Vintage 1960 Mattel Ponytail BARBIE #3 Doll. Ivory complexion, limbs are tight, no green ear. Some rub on lips and eyelashes. Nail polish looks good, toenail polish is almost gone. She has a very small hole at the top of her leg and small holes in torso.

There are very light marks on her back. She doesnt appear to have bangs and there is some hair loss.
