Finger and toenail paint matches lip color. No defects to the body. There are butt markings which are faint but the doll is a solid body so it is no later than a #4. Absolutely gorgeous face with no defects to her at all. She is wearing the complete ensemble of On The Avenue complete with JAPAN white Spikes. Outfit is great -- belt needs a little glue as some of the gold has separated from the rest at the very end of the belt -- easy fix. Hard to find a #4 in such clean defect-free condition.
