Vintage Barbie and Skipper in case with 18 outfits

  

The case is dated 1964. Both sides of the case at the bottom have splits in the vinyl. The case does have both drawers but they both have drawings on them on the inside bottoms of the drawers.

The outside graphics have a few slight sratches on it. The clasp on the front of the case has tarnished. Included in the case is a nice titian bubble cut Barbie and a titian straight leg Skipper. Barbie is on a Midge. Barbie body and is in excellent condition. Barbie's hair is nice and full.

Her make-up is very nice with just a very tiny, tiny eye rub. She does not have any neck splits or green on her ears. She has all her fingers and toes and her legs and arms are nice and tight.

She has most of her fingernail and toenail polish. She does not have any green on her body. She has a small slightly dark spot on one of her arms in between her elbow and wrist that is about 1/2 inch long and is very narrow.

This is not very noticeable at all. She comes dressed in her original red swimsuit that is in excellent condition. Her hair is nice and shiny and it is the more coarse texture than the silky hair. Her hair is nice and full and is pretty even in the back. Her make up is nice.

She does not have any neck splits or green on her body. Her arms and legs are nice and tight and are not swingy. She comes dressed in her red swimsuit that is in excellent condition. Included in the case are the following outfits. #1905 - Ballet Class - The outfit is complete except for the program.

The outfit pieces are in excellent condition. The headpiece is really nice. #1901 - Red Sensation - The outfit is complete. The dress is in excellent condition. The hat is in good played with condition with quite a bit of fraying around the edges.

#1902- Silk' Fancy - Complete including the gold headband. The dress has the red and white lace and is in good to excellent condition. #1900 - Under-Pretties - Complete. The slip and panties are in excellent conditon. #1907 - School Days - Complete with the pink knee socks. Both pink and white socks were originally pictured, but only the pink socks are included in this listing. I do not see any holes in the pink cardigan sweater. The white blouse is a little dingy. The outfit is in overall played with condition. #1904 - Dream Time - Includes the robe and two peice pajamas. The outfit is in good played with condition.

The dress is in good condition. The headpiece has come apart at the twisty section of the headpiece and has been twisted back together so it will stay on Skipper's head. The bouquet is a little flat. This entire outfit is in played with condition.

#1906 - Dress Coat - Complete. The coat is in fair condition with some of the velour rubbed off the coat and the stains on the inside lining of the coat. The rest of the outfit is in good condition. #1908 - Skating Fun - Complete. The outfit is in good condition. There are no runs in the one piece turtleneck sweater that is attached to the red tights. #976 - Sweater Girl - Complete and in excellent condition. The book has a little bit of paint missing on the front of it.

The shoes are properly marked. The dress is in excellent condition which is still pretty nice and bright. #986 - Sheath Sensation - Complete.

The outfit is in good to excellent condition. The hat has some fraying around the edges, but not bad. #987 - Orange Blossom - Complete. The outfit is in excellent condition.

#989 - Ballerina - Complete except for the program. The hem in one of the legs of the leotard is missing a few stitches. #939 - Red Flare - Complete.

The long white gloves are included but are not shown in the individual picture. #942 - Icebreaker - Complete.

The hose are little stretched at the waist but do not have any runs in them. Pak - Two piece pink pajamas.

They are in fair condition with a few stains on both pieces. Pak - Lingerie - Complete. The pom poms are missing off the shoes.

One of the shoes is a little bent at the heel and across the top. The rest of the outfit pieces are in good condition. I will be listing several cases and Barbie items over the next few weeks, so please check out my other auctions. The pictures are part of the description.
