Vintage Barbie Platinum Side-Part American Girl on Ultra-Rare Body, Gorgeous

  
I really want to keep this doll as I doubt I'll ever see another one like her, but sudden change of fortune precludes that. She is just an incredibly rare and beautiful thing. Almost white hair in the true side-part thatched pattern. Face is American Girl and also all original. No damage to nose or neck.

You can see there is darkening inside the earring hole on the right and a little less on the left. Her body is one I've never seen in person, in 20 years of collecting. The torso is Midge/Barbie but they put American Girl legs on it. That's why they look a bit different on her than on a regular AG. Sidebar #2: I NEVER put blush on my dolls to make them look better so they will sell higher.

My dolls are original and if they've had a touch-up of any kind, I will surely divulge that information.
